The Helping Hands Gym program provides individualized or group fitness and socialization activity that focuses on the physical, adaptive and cognitive needs of its athletes. Our program incorporates adaptive communication techniques and exercise curriculum for athletes of all skill levels.

  • Secured access to fitness areas.
  • One-on-One personal training areas equipped with visual cues, to focus on building core, upper body and lower body strength.
  • Sensory friendly facility.
  • Small group class area – to support both adaptive fitness and mainstream fitness programs such as Tae Kwon Do Exercise, Cardio Kick Boxing Exercise, Cross-fit, Flexibility, and Essential Movement.
  • Specialized fitness equipment for functional skill development.
Complimentary Meet & Greet

Complimentary Meet & Greet

It is essential to ensure that our program is a fit for both the parent and the athlete.

During the complimentary Meet & Greet, our purpose will be to assess the individual abilities of the athlete. Our goal is to match the physical, adaptive and cognitive abilities of the athlete with a progressive program of essential movement through exercise. Key goals are to strengthen not only the physical aspects of the athlete, but also the socialization skills between the family members as well.

It is our vision is to ensure an effective, fun program regardless of athletic skill set of the individual athlete. We expect that the session will last from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the athlete's level of happiness and energy.

Saturdays: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM | Sundays: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Small Group Athletes Will Learn
- Fundamental socialization and movement instruction with Coach Dan.
- Flexibility, Balance, Dexterity, Agility, Strength, Cardio, CrossFit-lite, and Tae Kwon Do exercises.

One to One Adaptive Fitness Sessions
Time: By appointment only.

Note: Family members and support staff are encouraged to attend.
